Great news for texture lovers!
Flypaper Textures has just released a brand new set of textures called August Painterly. In the photo above, I used a golden texture called Casanova to create depth and drama, and warm up the overall image. The key to working with textures is using a blend mode that will complement the image. I used Soft Light, and reduced the opacity of the texture layer to 50%.
