Long exposure photography at the beach...

Happy Friday! I'm super excited to be working on a new course for BetterPhoto.com on long exposure photography. I'll be covering long exposure during the day, edge of night, nightscapes and beyond, plus some cool iPhone artistry techniques too. The idea behind long exposure is to convey the passage of time, and to create a dramatic look with your photographs. Rather than freezing the action, we'll be slowing things down, which takes more patience and time than a quick capture, but worth the wait. Long exposure photography can encompass a variety of subjects. I'll show you how to incorporate long exposure techniques with your travel and vacation photos too. You'll come away with something different than everyone else, and have fun in the process! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
